Spicy Indian Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients
  • 28 oz can chickpeas
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 2 tbs garam masala
  • 2 tbs red curry powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F
  2. Drain and rinse chickpeas
  3. In a large bowl, combine ingredients and toss to coat thoroughly
  4. Pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet, leaving room between chickpeas
  5. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until crunchy
  6. Allow to cool before eating
